Tablet originated in Scotland during the early eighteenth century. A medium-hard, sugary confectionery, this treat is grainier and more brittle than fudge. 

We use the same ingredients as the fudge, but this is cooked for longer and to a higher temperature which gives it a harder with a caramelised flavour. Ideal with tea and coffee or just on its own!

Kinnaird Kitchen’s Original Tablet is handmade in small batches using the very best ingredients. We do not add any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

This product is gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.

Best kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and has a best before date of three months.
