Native Hebridean Scottish Smoked Salmon
Our Native Hebridean Smoked Salmon, a truly unique breed, descending from wild salmon of North Uist in the remote outer Hebrides and raised on the Hebridean Islands and West Coast of Scotland. Our artisan, small-batch production begins with hand-curing fresh Native Hebridean salmon fillets with sea salt. The fillets are then gently double-smoked and finished over Scotch whisky cask chippings in a traditional pebble-lined kiln. Finally, each batch is hand-packed in Stornoway for optimal quality and freshness. Native Hebridean Smoked Salmon offers a timeless yet delicate smoke, capturing a unique, fresh taste of the Hebrides.
