The Island Smokery has been supplying award winning flavoured and smoked cheddars to many farm food and deli shops all around Scotland for the past 18 years.  We are now well established in our new factory and are looking to increase our customer base across the UK. We have also branched out into supplying butter and a Smoked Garlic Butter which is selling extreamly well in all its outlets.
