The Art of Smoked Scottish Salmon

Our Native Hebridean and Harris&Lewis Scottish smoked salmon is crafted exclusively at our Harris & Lewis Smokehouse in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. Our artisan, small-batch production starts with hand-curing fresh salmon fillets, which are then gently double-smoked and finished over Scotch whisky cask chippings. The final product is packaged in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis to maintain unrivaled freshness.
