Children are permitted in the hall during show open hours but must be accompanied by an adult.
Of course! Our registration desk is set up outside of the main entrance to the hall, and we will have a team on-site to assist should you have any questions. We recommend registering ahead of time, however, as you will gain access to exclusive information and show previews.
Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. With that confirmation email, you will be able to download a digital barcode that can be scanned at the show, or you can add your registration to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Not at all! You can enter the show at any time on any date, and as many times as you'd like.
Please let one of our on-site staff know, and they can find your registration in our system and print off your badge.
It is against our company policy to issue visa request letters for visitors to our trade shows. Once you have registered via the website, you will receive a confirmation email which may be sufficient for visa applications.

Yes -- the Wi-Fi is called "SEC Public Wi-Fi" and is not password protected. We do not recommend using this to view sensitive information, as it is a public Wi-Fi network.
There is a cafe within the hall as well as a convenience shop and deli in the concourse. Glasgow is also a veritable cornucopia of restaurants!
Yes. The cloakroom is available in the concourse, across from Hall 4.

Yes, all exhibitors are contracted to attend the entire show.
Service animals are permitted in the hall with the necessary documentation, but pets unfortunately are not allowed.
Please be advised the organisers of Scotland's Trade Fairs will be taking photographs and filming the show for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to participate or have any questions, please inform a member of staff in the Organisers' Office.
